Perpetua offers three styles of pendants to hold the DNA of a beloved companion.

The simple elegance of our Classic Jewel™ is perfect for both formal and informal settings. The glass vial holds the DNA Helix suspended in crystal clear resin.   Available with silver or gold caps, the Classic is approx. 1-½ inches tall and includes a sturdy 18 inch  chain. Our new Keeper pendant features a silver-color protective sleeve and 18 inch chain. The fun Heart Tag declares your affections in a tarnish-free, silver color setting. Go here for help choosing a Jewel color. Can’t decide on color? Just select “choose later” on the Paypal menu and you can indicate your choice when you send the sample and order form.

Duet Jewels

Back by popular demand! The Duet Jewels features 2 different colors together on 1 Helix. The DNA can be from two individuals or a single sample split and purified separately. The color-enhanced DNA can be either intertwined or “stacked”. Color choice is critical; two contrasting colors look dramatic, two colors of similar intensity more subtle (see examples below). We suggest avoiding Ruby unless paired with Citrine or Pearl; a stacked arrangement is less restrictive.  23kt Gold has texture and is not recommended. Dark colors like Amethyst, Ruby, Bay and Obsidian work best with light, bright, contrasting colors.

Hi Lizet – sorry not to reply sooner – There is DNA in hair, the more hair the more DNA. But I normally use no more than you could pack into a kitchen teaspoon. Joy
