Due to the custom nature of the Life Jewel, full refunds are not available once your DNA sample has been purified and your item is in process. We will refund your payment, excluding shipping expenses, if you request the refund by email (help@perpetualifejewels.com) prior to Perpetua beginning production of your item. Generally processing of your sample begins within 3 business days of sample receipt. Refunds will be issued by company check.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your finished Life Jewel within 30 days of receipt, Perpetua will work with you to replace it. This may require submission of a new DNA sample. Repairs under warranty or exchanges require returning the item to Perpetua. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for packaging the item to prevent damage in transit.
